The Gaff brings a fresh approach to dining with a menu that evolves weekly, spotlighting the best of each season. Our Michelin-trained chefs bring creativity and care to every dish, using their experiences and local ingredients to craft unique flavours. We offer small plates as well as larger plates for a relaxed dining experience.

Chef-owner Dan Saunders, formerly of the Michelin-starred Walnut Tree Inn, leads the kitchen alongside Matt, Rob and Jake. Dani, Kelsey and the front-of-house team make sure every guest feels welcome and well looked after.
