The Concept
The Gaff brings a fresh approach to dining with a menu that evolves weekly, spotlighting the best of each season. Our Michelin-trained chefs bring creativity and care to every dish, using their experiences and local ingredients to craft unique flavours. Each plate arrives as soon as it’s ready, encouraging a relaxed, vibrant way to savour an array of tastes – no formalities, just pure enjoyment in the heart of Abergavenny.
